Small Groups
It is exciting and inspiring to come together for our worship services together
with the whole church family. However it is difficult to really get to know
people when you are together with a large group. We encourage people to join a
homegroup. A homegroup is a smaller group of people meeting together. We have a
number of groups meeting in different areas and catering for different ages and
needs. Small groups form a vital part of our ministry of care and teaching.
Through a Small Group we can:
- develop closer relationships with others in our church family
- be cared for by the leader and others in the group as a part of our pastoral
care plan
- care for others in the group
- learn from God's Word through Bible study and discussion
- be encouraged and challenged to grow in our Christian life
- pray and worship together
