Reedy Men’s Ministry takes its lead from Proverbs 27:17 “As iron sharpens iron, so one man sharpens another.” It is about real, nitty-gritty discipleship and becoming real with each other and God. It’s about guys getting together where we can help shape each other into the men God has called us to be. Issues such as working life, family, masculinity, marriage, sex, facing adversity, getting older and many others that can benefit from discussion and ministry in an all-male context.
To achieve our goals we do men’s ministry in these contexts: i. Men’s Breakfasts where we invite a speaker. ii. Men’s Small Group where they meet together for sharing and spiritual support iii. Cave Men once a month on Tuesday evenings to play "pool", table tennis, and sharing iv. Bike riding on Saturday mornings.
