January 6 – We Seek To Make God Known

Hello Church! This is the Day that the Lord has made, let us rejoice and be glad in it. Wherever you are reading this, thanks for joining with us today. May you know of His goodness and joy today. Over the past week have been praying our way through the various aspects of our Value of Seeking. We are to seek His kingdom, Seek God through Prayer, Seek His presence, Seek repentance and forgiveness, seek dependence on God and we are to seek to make God known. In Acts 1:8 Jesus commissioned us believers with these words: “you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth” (Acts 1:8 NIV). Seeking to make God known is our mandate from our Lord. I don’t know about you, but I need help with this. Let’s pray for this help and please pray for our groups that seek to make God known – Playgroup, Let’s Get Together, Brigades, Children and Youth, ER Bikers, and Reedy Care.
